  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We may use cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies to collect additional information about your browsing behavior. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that help us recognize you on return visits and gather data such as your preferences and usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, but disabling cookies may limit Website functionality.
  • Enriched Data from Third-Party Vendors: We may research your IP address or use data from cookies to gather additional information through third-party vendors, including but not limited to ZoomInfo. This may include business contact details, demographic information, or professional affiliations to enhance our understanding of our visitors.

Under GDPR, we process this data based on our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Website, or with your consent where required (e.g., for non-essential cookies). Under CCPA/CPRA, this information may qualify as “personal information” if it identifies, relates to, or could be linked to you.

Any collection of information from minors browsing the site is incidental and is avoided in all reasonable manners; however, the use of browser limiting software should be in place if this is a concern.

If items are uploaded to the Website regarding personal information in resumes or similar info, the person uploading the document holds FasPsych harmless for any public breach of information. It is recommended not to use the upload function for files or enter in sensitive info into the forms and instead provide basic public information and await further direct contact from a FasPsych recruiting, marketing, sales, or implementation specialist. These employees cannot waive the above clause.

2. Third-Party Services
